How are the caricatures drawn? |
Most of our caricatures are hand drawn by experienced artists with an experience of over 45 years, combined. The caricatures are hand drawn using conventional drawing techniques. The hand drawn caricatures are not computer generated.
The digital caricatures are drawn using digital ink software on tablet computers, so they are drawn into the computer using a digital pen. You can see a sample of each below.

What if I don’t like the way my caricature order turnes out? |
In case you are not happy with your order we will redraw the caricature (at no extra cost) as many times as needed until you are satisfied with the result, or we will refund theamount you paid for your order if you wish so.

We would love you to place a banner or link on your website, blog or newsletter. Click here for linking instructions.

How does it work, what do I need to send you? |
You can upload your pictures online, email them as attachments or even mail them to us (no….fax won’t work). Along with the pictures, we need to know how you would like to be drawn. You can specify any details you want us to include in the caricature. All we need is a picture that shows your face. You can see samples of uploaded pictures along with the final result here.

How long does it take you to complete my caricature order? |
It takes between 7 to 10 days to complete a caricature order. Large group caricaturescan take 14 days or longer to draw. Before the winter holidays it can take up to 14 days to complete personal caricatures, as they are such a popular Christmas gift.

I ordered a caricature before, and I need one in a new setting? |
We call that a “Variation Caricature”. If we can use the same picture you uploaded for a previous order and you now want a new caricature in a different setting we have a special price for you. You can see the variations order page here.

How many people can you draw in a group caricature? |
We can draw as many people as you want. The largest group caricature we have done was a Christmas card with 75 people. If you need a quote for a large group, read next question.

I need a quote for a special project, how can I receive one? |

Will I see anything before I receive your final work? |
Yes, we will email you a preview of the final caricature so you can review it and make sure that you like it. In case you need any adjustments done you can reply to our email with your request or contact us.

How long does it take to receive my business cards order? |
It takes between 2 to 4 business days to print a business cards order. We print the business cards at one of our printing facilities in CT, NJ, FL, CA or OH (see OtherDesigns.com for even more printed products you can order).
