1. Overview

By placing an order or using our website at mycaricature.com ("the Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. MyCaricature provides custom hand-drawn and digital caricature services from photographs.

2. Ordering & Payment

  • All orders are placed through the Site and confirmed via email.
  • Prices are listed on the order page and may vary based on the number of people, style, and complexity of the caricature.
  • Payment is required at the time of order. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
  • All prices are in US Dollars (USD).

3. Revisions & Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. After your first draft is delivered, you choose one of two paths — they are alternatives, not both: (a) unlimited revisions at no extra cost until you are happy with your caricature, or (b) a full refund of the amount paid for your order. Once you proceed with revisions, that is your chosen remedy, and a refund is not available after multiple rounds of requested edits.

4. Turnaround Times

  • Standard orders: 3–7 business days.
  • Group caricatures (4+ people): 10+ business days.
  • Holiday season: Turnaround times may extend to 14 business days during the winter holidays due to high demand.

These are estimates and not guarantees. We will communicate any delays directly with you.

5. Photographs & Content You Provide

  • You must own or have permission to use any photographs you submit.
  • Photos are used solely for creating your caricature order.
  • By submitting photos, you confirm they do not violate any third-party rights.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, you receive a personal-use license for the completed caricature artwork.
  • MyCaricature retains the right to display completed work as portfolio samples unless you request otherwise.
  • Commercial use rights (logos, merchandise, marketing) are included for business caricature orders.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

  • If work has not yet begun on your order, you may cancel for a full refund.
  • Once your first draft has been delivered, you choose either unlimited revisions or a full refund, as described in Section 3. Choosing to proceed with revisions replaces the refund option — refunds are not issued after multiple rounds of requested edits.
  • Digital deliveries are non-refundable once the final approved file has been sent.

8. Shipping

Physical products (printed caricatures, magnets, etc.) are shipped via standard carriers. Shipping times vary by location. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

9. Limitation of Liability

MyCaricature's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
